Returns registration

If you would like to return your order, you can register your return here. Returns are not free of charge. You can send your return to us using a transport company of your choice.

Within Germany, you can also use our DHL parcel label. You can order this here in the form. We charge 4.00 € for the use of the DHL parcel label, which we will deduct from the purchase price when refunding you.
